  • ALBATROSS (for Carmel)

    A lonely Albatross was I
Who searched my world for you
An ocean wide an empty sky
    Held nothing real or new

But in my dreams we'd often fly
    Over blue and under blue
The sea the sky and you and I
    A symphony we two

When first we met I somehow knew
That I had found my home
No longer would I dream of you
    Or need to fly alone

Together now what is our worth
To all those we soar above
    This musical magical earth
    Is richer for our love.
